I'm raisin' a brew to ya, half-a, for pouring us some great Shamrock cocktails. I think "A Proper Kennedy" is my favorite, followed by the Samsula Irish.

Keep pouring.

When I went for tea, did my grocery shopping, and then stopped for hot chocolate, I asked the clerks for their suggestions:

a barista at my favorite coffee shop suggested: creme de menthe and heavy creme for a drink called, "Mother's Milk"

another one suggested a mix of Irish Whiskey and powdered marijuana...the Blarney Stoned.

the meat counter guy suggested marinating thinly sliced corned beef in Irish whiskey, rolling it and using it as a garnish for straight Irish whiskey. He wants to call it...dinner.

the produce manager suggested hollowing out red potatoes and filling them with Irish whiskey. He didn't have a name for the drink, but did say that when you turned the potatoes into soup, you would call it Irish potato soup.

The barista at my favorite place to have hot chocolate suggested. An Irish martini which is Irish whiskey shaken on ice, served neat with three tiny new potatoes shaved down to the size of cocktail onions and skewered.
